He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Parker and Mildren Parker (Bowman); his son Phillip Parker; his granddaughter Rebecca Parker; his great grandchild Mathew Schrelick; and his brother David Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Parker; his children, Robert Parker, Jr. (Melody), Jarrod Parker (Heather Durling) and Candy Kilbury (Brent); his grandchildren, Sarah Schrelick (Justin), Alissa Parker, Alexis Parker, Mackenzie Parker, Logan Kilbury and Abigail Kilbury; his great grandchildren, Caleb Schrelick and Brailynn Welk; his sister Lorraine Haskins; and his sisters-in-law, Deborah Decker, Kim Campbell-Khair and Amy Campbell-Bostwick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Robert's name, may be made to the family, in care of, Joan Parker.
