He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Robert Love, Jr. (Jess), Rosalind Love, Marisa and Dequia Matthews; his grandchildren, Blu, Tru, Pure, Everlasting, Robert, Raimen, Radon, Jaishaun, Jairiel, Jalen Nelson, Tavian Alford, Quanshen'a Hall, Tyler Matthews, Sims, IV, Skye, Storm, Anthony Mckee, Jr., Demarco and Allen Love; his siblings, Ora Lee Pate (Herbert), Diane Croom, Sharlla Love, Margaret Braddock (Louis), Willie Love (Patricia) and Joe Love (Shirley); his parents, Freddie Mae Hunter and William Love, II; his siblings, Frencie Sanders, Arthur Love, Sr. and William Love, III; his grandparents, John, Frances Paxton, Sr., William and Sadie Love; his aunts and uncles, Slyvester Cole, Maybelle Love, Julia Jenkins, Nathaniel, John M. Paxton, Jr., John N. Paxton, Andrew Cole and John Love, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Gilbert Croom and James Sanders. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Chapel (1009 E Stewart Ave, Flint, MI 48505). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the SunSet Hills Cemetery (4413 Flushing Rd, Flint, MI 48504).
