He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perkins and Doris Perkins (Nemitz); his daughter Angela Ciesielski; and his brothers, Robert and Raymond Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Pam Aldred and Ron (Niki Perkins); and his stepchildren, Cameron Taljonick, Bradley Taljonick, Shawn Carr and Curt Taljonick. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
