He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henige and Louise Henige (Hemker); his brother Lloyd Henige; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Henige and Harvey Cottenham; and his nieces, Cindy Cottenham and Lynette Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Henige; his children, Laura Gaffigan (Michael), Gary Henige (Sandra), Victoria Henige (Scott Bullock), Shelley Henige and Jeffrey Henige (Stephanie); his siblings, Helen Cottenham, Marilyn Ecken (John), Patrick Henige (Nancy), William Henige (Esther) and Larry Henige; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Henige. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation to CurePSP, Flushing Christian Outreach Center, or Genesee County Habitat for Humanity.
