He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ocie Releford and Emma Releford; his wife Mary Releford; his children, Danisha Richardson (James) of Davison, Serena Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Samuel K. Smith of Manvel, Texas; and his siblings, Barbara Richardson of Roland, Maxine Collins of Muldrow and James Releford of Muldrow. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
