She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hubbard and Winifred Hubbard (Meyers); and her siblings, Arthur Hubbard and Judy Norris. She is survived by: her husband Donald Rutledge; and her siblings, Larry Hubbard (Judy), Bill Hubbard (Lori), Pamela Daigle (Tony) and Gary Hubbard (Jennifer). She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
