It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Mae (Strayer) Slinglend of Flint, Michigan, born in Brethren, Michigan, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strayer and Gertrude Strayer (Swihart); her husband Dale Slinglend; her son Jeffery Slinglend; her sisters, Lena Lou Reisch (Dale), Ella Selleck (Max), Carol Pennell (Elwood) and Juanita Boyer; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Slinglend and Pat Thrush (Leon).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Bloomfield (Roger); her granddaughter Alicia Florizone (Adam); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Slinglend, Gary Slinglend (Pam) and Lloyd Slinglend (Sharon). She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
