She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur DeMott and Ruth DeMott (Hayward); her daughter Betty Marie Perkins; her stepson Larry "Andy" Perkins; and her mother-in-law Sylvia Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Perkins; her daughter Joline Martin; her granddaughter Ericca Perkins; her stepgranddaughter Destiny Hoffman; her great grandchild Elijah DeMott; and her sister Holly DeMott. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
