She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Flanders and Lucille Flanders (LaDuc); her husband James Louis Spencer; and her children, Jim Spencer and Debbie Smeala.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Provance and Mark Spencer (Maria); and her grandchildren, Ed Provance (Sarah), Doreen Boshaw (Kirk), Jamie Spencer, Kimberly Gallagher (Gary), Jim III Spencer (Anita), Christine Spencer, Jennifer Heilman (Jeremy) and Heather Burgess (Chris). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
