She is survived by: her parents, Ron Horn and Sandy Horn (Arthur); her sister Michelle Pyrett (Ric); her niece Megan Pyrett of Clio; her uncle Ron; her aunt Phyliis Hensel; and her close friend Jeff McGrew. She is also survived by parents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Bride of Christ Church Ministries, 3617 Dale Avenue, Flint, where Stacy was a member and was treated as family.
