He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Waggoner (Bob) and Karen LaChapelle (Gerry Davis); his children, Kandi Duford, Craig Stevens and Patsy Holder (Jamison); and his pets, Bella and Kitkat. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
