It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven L. Scruggs of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Scruggs and Judith Scruggs; and his brother Mark Pratt. He is survived by: his son Dustin Scruggs (Starla James); his siblings, David Scruggs, Cindy Talley (Jerry), Renee Pratt, John Scruggs and Julie Shaw (Liam); and his pet Precious. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
