He is survived by: his mother Louise F. Mitchell; his wife Maria D. Wilson; his children, Kelly Fitzpatrick, Reana Molina, Ray Thompson Jr., Treveon Wilson, Zavier Wilson, Zamya Wilson and Talicia Wilson; his grandchildren, Avianna, Mikah, Malik and Jordin; his siblings, Deon Mitchell (Sherry), Michael Mitchell (Deanne), Charles Wilson, Jerome Wilson, Michelle Mitchell, Dorothy Ellis and Nichell Wilson; and his nieces, Ashley Cheeks, Bryanna Cheeks and Mikaela Mitchell.
