She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Pettengill and Luella Pettengill (Londo); her husband Jim Kotsko; her siblings, Richard Pettengill, Bill Pettengill, Betty Cummins and Judy Bell (Murney); and her great grandchild Oliver Parker.
She is survived by: her children, John Jr. Kotsko (Linda), Richard Kotsko (Dawn), David Kotsko, Daniel Kotsko (Tammy), Diane Dudzik (Matt), Lisa Densmore and Ellen Wright (Geoff); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda, Adam, Hannah, Kielii, Kaleb (Allison), Karlee (Seth), Evan, Erica (Alex), Sarah, Kendall (Casey), Nickolas (Avery), Brennan, Aaron (Trenton), Jay (Riley), Rachel, Scott (Heather), Brent (Amy), Sara, Hailee (Chris) and Alec. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care or St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in honor of Tillie Ann.
