He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Lee and Penny Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Lee (Rachael) and Michael Lee; his granddaughter Josephine; and his siblings, Floydean York (John), Larry Lee (Lisa) and Mark Lee (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
