He is survived by: his mother Dawn Campbell; his siblings, Derik Davis and Dalyn DeKruger of West Virginia; his grandparents, Clare "Gene" and Linda Breckenridge of Millington; and his uncles, Dan Breckenridge (Dee) of Standish, Chad Breckenridge (Ellen) of Mobile, AL, Adel Hamady (Leyla) and Fakhri Hamady (Najwa).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wally's name would be appreciated to either the Salvation Army or The Lighthouse Ministries of Kentucky.
