He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Kincaid and Agnes Kincaid (Farnum); his stepmother Dora Kincaid Jahimiak; and his siblings, Robert Kincaid and Linda Kincaid Rodriquez.
He is survived by: his wife Elzina Pahl; his children, Scott Kincaid (Betty), Brad Kincaid (Laura), Eric Kincaid (Kathy) and Sherrie' Hipkins (Jeff); his grandchildren, Derrick Kincaid, Courtney Foland (Jason), Justin Kincaid (Jessica), Kyle Kincaid (Rachel), Brian Kincaid (Whitney), Troy Kincaid, Jade St (Rob) and Sunny Hipkins; and his sister Charlotte Kincaid Morrell (Dennis). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
