He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Norfleet of Uniontown, Ala. and William Askew; his children, Sharode Hayward (Toya) of Ashburn, JeQuell Norfleet of Flint, MI and Tekira Norfleet of Flint, MI; his stepchildren, Kevin Spence, Jamesha Spence of Flint, MI. and Isis Spence of Flint, MI.; the mother of his children Diane Spence of Flint, MI.; his siblings, Dorothy Simmons (Ken) of Flint, MI., Lillie Fields (Michael) of Alabama, Renana Norfleet of Alabama, Annie Pearl Askew of Alabama, Curler Norfleet (Bobbie) of Uniontown, Ala. and Richard Norfleet of Flint, MI.; his grandchildren, Josiah, Swaikeile, Terek, Khalia, Keaton and Izaiaher; his close friend Kelvin Hamlett (Maria); and his sister Julia Jones.
