With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie B. BraddockJr. (Flint, Michigan), who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Willie leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Willie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercillie Pete (Wilson) and Willie B. Braddock Sr. Pete. He is survived by: his children, Pete Darvell Field of Tennessee and Anita Fields of Flint, MI.; his brother Kenneth Braddock; his stepbrother Joseph Braddock of Detroit, MI.; his sisters, Betty Felder of Detroit, MI., Virginia Braddock of Flint, MI. and Vanessa (Donald Morris Sr.) of Flint, MI.; and his cousin Ricky Wilson. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Chapel (1009 E Stewart Ave, Flint, MI 48505). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
