With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yola Steiner of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 30, 2026 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic and Elizabeth Romito; her husband Clifford Steiner; her stepdaughter Susan Meisner; and her sisters, Celia Dobbs, Mary Johnson and Pat Romito.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Charles Steiner of Waterford, MI and Douglas Steiner (Karen) of Fort Mill, S. C.; her sister Alice German; and her close friends, Valdemar and Ada Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice or Brookdale Assisted Living Holiday Fund.
