She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Balcom and Elizabeth Balcom (Swarthout); and her sister Norma Lamb (Balcom). She is survived by: her husband James Eastman; her brothers, Edgar Balcom and Bruce Balcom (Janice); and her children, Bert Eastman (Joanne Toland) and Bethany Williams-Nelson (Vince). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting a donation be made to Carriage Town Ministries in Flint, Michigan in Elois's name.
