He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Lou Etta Tilley (Collins); and his spouse Herta Herrmann. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Vargo (Christine), Maggie Burgess (Lee), Michael Vargo (Joanne), Phillip Vargo (Cathy), Patricia Perkins, Barbara Spear (Gary), Cathy Daly and Daryl Tilley (Kathy); and his sister Ann Kaye. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
