Francisco of Flushing, Michigan, born in Oxford, Kansas, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Neal Chappelle and Madeline Chappelle; her husband Robert "Bob" Francisco; her daughter Michelle Francisco; her brothers, Robert Chappelle, Claude Chappelle and James Chappelle; and her close friend Dixie.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Francisco, Rene Francisco and Elizabeth Ballard (Micheal); her grandchildren, Heather Mayville, Christopher Mayville, Nicole Earnest (Johnny), Chad Ballard (Lindsey), Jessica Palumbo (Andrew) and Amanda Ballard; her great grandchildren, Adrianna Mayville, Johnny Earnest, Jayden Earnest, Avery Ballard, Luke Ballard, Aleena Palumbo, Myla Palumbo and Kaelyn Palumbo; her brother Delbert Chappelle of Arkansas; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Francisco (Loraine), Jerry Francisco (Carol) and Joyce Chamberlin (Holly).

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Betty's memory.
