He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Prentice and Wilma Prentice; his sister Joanna Prentice; and his granddaughter Rayna. He is survived by: his former wife Becky Prentice; his wife Tammy Prentice; his children, Joanna Boshaw (Jeff), Jenny Prentice and Adam Prentice (Candi); his stepchildren, Jake and Ariel; his grandchildren, Bryan, Alex, Mason, Sydney, Samantha, Olivia and Rain; his great grandchild Terra; and his siblings, Jayna Stout, Janice Prentice and Roy Prentice.
