Fayrene Brancheau Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fayrene Brancheau of Flushing, Michigan, who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Szabo and Marie Szabo (Deline); her grandparents, Frank and Rosa Szabo (Csoka); her brother Donald Szabo; her parents-in-law, Leo N. and Anna Marie Brancheau (Barczynski); her siblings-in-law, Ellen Michalik (John), Leo Brancheau (Ruby), Louise Zaucha (Bert), Levi Brancheau, Cecelia Satkowiak, Isadore Satkowiak, Anna Hertz (William) and Irene Petroskey; and also Marva Wade (Earle).
She is survived by: her husband Edward Brancheau; her daughter Anna Marie McNew (Edward); her granddaughters, Miranda McNew and Katie McNew; her sister Marla Shoecraft (Jack); her siblings-in-law, Norma Szabo, Theresa Satkowiak, John Brancheau (Terry), Alfred Brancheau (Delores), Philip Satkowiak and Lonne Petroskey; her nephew Thomas Hertz; and her close friends, Wilma Hazen and Audrey Ames. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any hospice organization, the American Cancer Society or the Genesys Hurley Cancer Institute Oncology Center, in Fayrene's memory.
