He is survived by: his wife Barbara Forrest; his children, JoyDawn Hardman (Donald), Michael Forrest, Jeremy Forrest (Heather) and Becky Jo Forrest; his grandchildren, Bronwyn Rowley, Dylan Rowley (Katharine), Duncan Rowley (Kelli), Paxton Rowley-Wildey (Brock), Abriel Spittel (Truman), Auburn Forrest, Faith Michael Forrest, Nikole Forrest, Taylor Santti (Harry), Nicholas Forrest (Katie), Makena Kessler and Brayden Kessler; his great grandchildren, Ava Grace Rowley, William Rowley, Maeve Rowley, Emma Santti and Theodore Santti; and his close friend Jerry Howard (Many). He is also survived by other loving family members, and dear friends.
