It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Eugene Burge of Flushing, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Burge and Lucille Burge (Dipzinski); his wife Esther Elsesser; his grandson Jason Amy; and his son-in-law Richard Moore.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sharon Amy, LuAnn Moore and Jeri Rae Kutzy (Michael); his grandchildren, Rebecca Clark (Tim), Sara Holleboom (Kevin), Lindsay Moore (Fady), Kristin Bradley (Andy), Kyle Bradley, Jorie Chase (Ken) and Megan Rodriguez (Marty); and his close friend Marion Handy. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
