He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Holtz and Margaret Holtz (Augustinov); his wife Patsy Sue LaGore; and his sister Cathy Holtz. He is survived by: his sons, Peter Holtz (Tifany Wieland) of Livonia, David Holtz (Helen) of Flushing and Matthew Holtz (Berkley Browne-Holtz) of Royal Oak; and his grandchildren, Sierra Holtz of Flushing, Rebecca Holtz of Flushing, Ive Holtz of Warren and Emily Holtz of Warren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
