She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Panneck and Agnes Panneck (VanWert); her children, Darlene Stultz and Donald Decker; her birth mother Beulah Beech; and her siblings, Vince, William, Helen and Diane.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Sonny" Decker; her children, Karen (Phil), Cindy Burns (Robert) and Phill Decker (Debera); her grandchildren, Brendon Burns, Aulisha Decker, Sara Wiltfang (Tony) and Alison Stultz; her great grandchildren, Harper and Silas; and her sister Ann Marie Sartor.
