She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bower and Elizabeth Bower; and her husband Doyle Parker. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Miller and Kenny Parker (Betty Jo); and her grandchildren, Lisa Kagay (Nick), Troy Miller (Julie) and Kari Koontz (Darren). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; And several nieces and nephews.
