He is survived by: his parents, David Duckworth of Flushing and Jeanette (Summers) Lake (Rande) of Birch Run; his sons, Gabriel Duckworth of Missouri and Quentin Duckworth; and his siblings, Eric Duckworth (Emily Stroub) of Flushing, Tara Duckworth of Flushing and Kristin Goddard (Jason) of Flushing. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and aunts and uncles.
