He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dean Jr. and Edna Mae Martindale (Raleigh); his stepmother Loretta Martindale (Klipa); his siblings, Pat D. Martindale and Betty LaRosa; and his nephew Kurt Martindale.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Kerr of Griffith, Indiana and Dallas Martindale (Ruth) of Bancroft, Michigan; his brother-in-law Michael LaRosa (Michel); his nieces and nephews, Amy Martindale, Jerry V. Martindale, Nikol LaRosa, Justin LaRosa (Janessa Castillo), Lynn LaRosa, Joshua Kerr (Elizabeth), Julie Reiner (John), Scott Martindale and Jill Martindale (David Chavez); his uncle Donald Martindale of Oklahoma; his friends, Russ Stilson and Ron Horning; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by 24 great nieces and nephews; 9 great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory are suggested to the Genesee County Humane Society or the American Stroke Foundation.
