He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Stevens and DeVonna Stevens (Bettesworth); and his brother James Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Burkett; his son Adam; his sister Patty A. Stevens; his sister-in-law Salli Stevens; and his cousins, Damon, Alex and Mike B.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
