He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wothke and Fern Wothke (Witt). He is survived by: his children, Mindy Valigura and Matt Wothke (Staci); his grandchildren, Jaxon McGathen, Hayli Wothke and Maci Wothke; his child Jaci Roark (Porter); and his niece Loree.
