Joyce Marie left this world on July 9, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her spouse Orvel "Red" Alford; her children, Lori, Pam, Tammy and Jeff; her sons-in-law, Pete Peterson, Tom Donahue and Steve Bearup; her grandchildren, Erik, Hallie, Darren, Kaleigh, Tommy and Sam; and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Ollionna, Dylenger, Sloane, Meadow, River and Briar Rose.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Court Street Church of God.
