She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dick and Amelia Dick (Menzel); her husband John Prchlik; her sons, John T. Prchlik, Robert Prchlik and James Prchlik; her siblings, John Dick (Marge), Joseph Dick and Margaret Prchlik; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Prchlik and Edward Prchlik (Emily).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Prchlik, Steven Prchlik (Kim) and Nancy Essler (Robert); her grandchildren, Jeremy Prchlik (Christy Sokolowski), Megan Floria (Mike), Jonathan Prchlik, Sarah Torony (Nick), Angela Prchlik, Emily Prchlik (Nicholas Roddy), Ryan Prchlik, Robert Essler (Arika), Rachel Essler, Blaine Prchlik, Kyle Prchlik and Chase Prchlik; her great grandchildren, Louie Torony, Joanna Torony, Madelyn Floria, Elizabeth Floria and Madelyn Essler; her brother Edward Dick (Mary); and her sister-in-law Shirley Dick.
