She is survived by: her husband Charles Karafa; her son Jeffrey Karafa (Vicki); her grandchildren, Bryce Karafa (Autumn), Erin Karafa and Austin Karafa; her sisters, Allegra Simpson (Thomas) and Carolyn Northrup (Paul); her sister-in-law Ruth Kemper; her cousin Marylon Wright; her close friend Mark Thompson (Cathy); and her daughters, Brittany and Emma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
