He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dover; his children, Rachel Puls (Eric), Joel Dover and Kathryn Lockhart (Edmund); his grandchildren, Camden and Ethan Puls; his sister Anita Krug (David); and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Fisher (Brian), Janice Payment, Steve and John Payment. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
