It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael George Missentzis Sr. of Flushing, Michigan, born in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Missentzis and Anna Missentzis (DeRenzo); his son James; his grandson Jason; and his siblings, Gus, John Missentzis, Delores Ulichnie and Liz Shearer.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Patty Missentzis, Jr.), David (Cindy Missentzis), Thomas (Kellie Missentzis) and Felicia (Donald Cook); and his sister Marian (Ned Stokes). He is also survived by 34 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
