She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Slocum and Helen Slocum (Amie); her brothers, Larry and Lon Slocum; and her brother-in-law Roland Anderson.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Corliss; her children, William D. McCormick II (Sandy), Sean McCormick (Eureka), Brent Corliss (Kris) and Angela Corliss (Bill Fenner); her grandchildren, Patrick, Cara, Jeremy, Jason, Daniel, Taylor, Tiffany, Justina, Robert and Rose; her great grandchild Teddy; her siblings, Jeanne Anderson and Mark Slocum (Rose Lee); and her sister-in-law Virginia Slocum. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473).
