Richard left this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Taylor and Gloria Taylor (Goddard); and his brother-in-law Thomas Adams. He is survived by: his wife Carol Taylor; his children, Matthew Taylor (Steffanie), Eric Taylor (Melissa) and Kari Huggard (William); his grandchildren, Jacob, Wyatt, Hollis, Rocco, Adri Anna and Joshua; his sisters, Carol Adams and Debra Richards; his close friends, Larry Sabin (Cindy) and Robert McCollor (Iwona); and his pet Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
