He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Bruce and Diane Lorraine Harlow (Dufour); his wife Trisha; his children, Scott Chapman Jr. (Jamie Shinsky) and Jennifer Chapman; his stepchildren, Sarah Faber (Justin), Lisa Nowaczyk and Nicholas Nowaczyk; his grandson Weston Faber; his sister Wendy Partridge (Brad); his niece Rachel DeBerardinis; his nephew Liam Partridge; his stepfather Bert Harlow; his aunt Rene; his uncle Mike Chapman (Aunt Nancy); his cousins, Diane Landers (Tom), Lisa Theriault (Pat), Cathy Lindeberg (Matt), Stephanie Robison (Davey) and Brian Chapman (Kristen); and his former wife Richelle "Shelly" Chapman.
