He is survived by: his children, William C. Carter (Debbie), Bob L. Carter, Joan M. Buterakos, Elizabeth A. Darcangelis and Linda S. McCrandall (Paul); his nephew Keith Morey (Brenda); and his nieces, Winnie Kay Lloyd, Cheryl Morey and Carolann Hill (Buzz). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
