He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bartley and Lois Bartley; his parents-in-law, Quinton and Jeannean Akers; his brother-in-law Quinton Akers; and his sister Cheryl Shivley.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jeannean Akers; his daughter Holly Rose (Joe); his granddaughters, Cecelia, Elizabeth and Violet Rose; his siblings, Sandra Weaver (Louis), Susie Sills and Alan Bartley (Liandra); his in-laws, Rose Evatt (Elwin), Lucille Starr, Mary Ockerman (Scott) and Linda Akers; his adoptive mother Nicole Bassett; and his pets, Toby and Pickles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
