She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Koval and Margaret Koval; and her brother Timothy Koval. She is survived by: her daughter Tracie Middleton (Tim); her sisters, Patti Tobkin (Ron) and Michelle Covey (Brian); and her nieces and nephews, Matt (Jill), Ryan, Adam Tobkin, Jessica, Edward Covey (Leroy Ruben-Schmitz), Dominique Fountas (George), Andrew (Jessica) and Kelly Koval.
