He is survived by : his mother Lois DiMaggio; his son David Collver; his brothers, John Collver and Scott Bush (Kim); and his stepsiblings, Toni Benke (Charles) and Joseph DiMaggio (Lynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
