She is survived by: her husband William J. Ainsworth, Sr.; her children, William Ainsworth, Jr. (Jennifer), Rebecca Schieman (William), Ronald Ainsworth (Michelle) and Deanna Sprague (Michael); her grandchildren, William III, Janelle, Mallory, Brandon, Tyler, Austin, Julia, Michael and Trevor; and her siblings, Saundra Ainsworth, Daniel Sheffer (Sandra) and Nancy Albert (Ted). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
