He is survived by: his father Jack Farley; his wife Nan Farley; his son Gregory M. Farley; his siblings, Pamela D'Amato, Melanie Prala, Amanda Caldwell (Tom) and Brett Farley (Cherri); his brother-in-law Rick Hawley; his mother-in-law Martha Koerber; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Koerber (Sue), Art Koerber (Robin), Joan Wood (Ken) and Mo Bringard (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hunter Hospitality House or Blue Water Hospice.
