He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ann Teeple-Hyde; his sister Jonine Carlson (Steve); his aunts, Barbara Malfitano (Ronald), Wanda Helmrich and Ruth Kennedy (Mark); his nephew Kevin Carlson; his close friend Scott Szulborski; and his friend Cathy Jo Tzhozewski.
