He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Alice Hoffman; and his sister Sandy Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Ann Alice Poma; his children, Jerry Hoffman Jr. (Jennifer), Tim Hoffman (Lynette) and Tammy Stevens; and his stepson Steven Daneels. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
